Individual Headshot and Portraits

When you work with Edward Feather you get a high level of service from start to finish. We start with a consultation call or zoom to discuss your headshots, portraits or other photography needs. Additional consultation calls and emails will take place ahead of the photoshoot day to ensure you have everything you need for wardrobe, hair and makeup and any other areas requiring discussion. During the photo session you will received coaching to ensure you have the best pose and facial expressions and to ensure you look your best and most authentic self.

Following each photo session you will be provided a gallery of images to choose from. This can be done on site after the session is over or at your leisure on your own computer. You choose the images you want to purchase. Each final image is touched up to ensure you look your best.

Session fees cover the shoot. Images are purchased at $125 each. If you purchase more than 5 images, discounts will apply.

    • Includes coaching and guidance throughout process

    • Session Fee: $500 weekdays; $600 on weekends

    • Time is unlimited but we typically book up to 2.5 hours

    • Indoor or outdoor locations are both fine

    • Includes as many outfit changes as you like (as long as there is a place to change)

    • Background and environment will be based on location

Group and Corporate Headshots, Portraits and Events

When you work with Edward Feather Photography you get a high level of service from start to finish.

We begin all corporate projects with a kickoff call to get to know each other, get to know the project, understand your requirements and ensure we will have the equipment, space and other requirements covered to accomplish the shoot. Additional consultation calls and site visits will also be included in some projects when needed.

    • Session Fee: $1000 weekdays; $1150 on weekends

    • $125 per employee includes one final finished image

    • Timing block is flexible and scheduled based on the expected number of people to be photographed

    • Photo studio set up at your location

    • Includes coaching and guidance throughout process

    • For groups of 50 or more cost per person is reduced to $99 each

    • Additional travel fees (milage) applies for locations more than 70 miles from Concord, MA

    • $2500 half day / $5000 full day. Session Fee includes setup of studio at your site or event. Up to 100 people in a half day. Up to 200 in full day.

    • Weekend session fee: $3000 half day / $6000 full day

    • Includes 1 un-retouched image per person. Lightly retouched images can be purchased per person for $50 per photo.

    • Note this is a high-speed process with little time for coaching

    • Travel fees (milage) apply for locations more than 70 miles from my studio.

    • $500 per hour - two hour minimum. ($600 per hour on weekends)

    • Coverage for your event based on the type of imagery you need from the event

    • Pre-event zoom prep meeting included to review and discuss corporate needs. Can focus on business related imagery, candids, speakers and panels, products, etc.

    • Happy to work with the event schedule to cover multiple rooms throughout the event and throughout the day.

    • Can also combine a partial day of event coverage and headshot coverage if both are needed.

    • And can bring in a second photographer on my team when larger events and more coverage is needed. (Additional photographer cost applies)

    • Pricing typically includes an hourly rate as well as a usage fee based on how you or your company will use the images. This is based on industry rates.

    • All projects include a series of calls and meetings to discuss and plan for the project to ensure everything is ready to go and runs smoothly the day of the shoot
