The Process
Book Your Session
Schedule your headshot session. Most are 30 to 45 minutes. However, there is no time limit. Bring as many outfits as you like. If you can’t find a time that works, reach out and we can work together to schedule.
Group Headshot Sessions are typically on location at your office, an event or other location. These generally can take from a half day to a full day depending on the number of people in your group.
Consultation
Consultation calls are free and are the perfect way for us to get to know each other before your session. We discuss how you will use your headshots, any specific requirements and creative needs, we review your wardrobe options, talk about hair and makeup and other details to help make your session enjoyable and stress-free.
Headshot Session
I will coach you during your session. No need to worry. I will keep an eye on your hair, clothing and other details to be sure you look your best.
Choose your photos at the end of the session. I will provide my expert guidance to be sure you get the best shots.
Retouch and Delivery
Retouching is included in the price of your headshots you purchase. Photos are typically done and delivered within two to three business days.
Images are delivered digitally in JPG format. Other formats are easily accommodated.

New Hires? No Problem!
As your team grows and new hires come in you’ll want to make sure they have the same quality and style headshots as well. We can set up a smaller group session at your office or new hires can come to my studio and have their photos completed quickly and easily following the same style and process as is done at your office. I can replicate photography style, lighting, and backgrounds for your new employees at my Concord, MA studio. If anyone is sick or can’t make it the day of the office shoot, my studio is a great way to get them caught up. It is as simple as booking the appointment.

How Does It Work?
Schedule your photography session.
Have a consulting call with Edward to discuss details and be ready for the headshot session.
During the headshot sessions Edward provides active coaching to subjects to be sure they look their best.
For smaller groups, images can be reviewed and chosen on the same day. For larger groups an online process can work well. Images can be delivered ready to use within 10 business days from the date of the photo session.
Onsite services include headshots, individual and team portraits, executive portraits, environmental portraits, and corporate branding photography.
